Zestoretic contains a combination of hydrochlorothiazide and lisinopril. Lisinopril belongs to a group of drugs called ACE inhibitors. ACE stands for angiotensin converting enzyme. Lisinopril lowers blood pressure and also relieves symptoms of fluid retention.
